It an option but we’re running out of time to sort ( Sunday morning deadline) issue is getting the numbers to commit to east league.

I am not so much into Facebook and have not too much experience in zwift racing. ftp is around 4 watts/kg, both time slots would be fine.

Is anyone doing a TR session after a wtrl race? I bailed on the 3rd set of Baird +2 yesterday after a tough race Tuesday evening in wtrl. Given I want Monday off before the race I’ve got to train wed, fri, sun and run thurs, Sat.
Think I’ll try some carb drink next Wednesday to try and get me through it!!
I usually do an aerobic endurance ride on Wednesdays - something like Pettit or Beech. Then I get the rest of my workouts in Thur-Sun with Monday as a rest day (mid volume plan). Only cycling for me not a runner!
same for me as Kristian is doing, have stopped running for now to see if focus on bike leads to more improvements. @kitenski I had been cycling/running much as per your schedule but to be honest I don’t think I could maintain that and do Zrl on Tuesday, those races are hard especially a TTT

@jonathanwaddell what category did you put the races down as for PB to factor them in? I didn’t have great results with a weekly race when I tried that.
Same for me, although by weeks 4 & 5 of ssb2 mv I dropped the Wed endurance wko completely as my legs were a mess!
I didn’t put any races in, Tuesday’s are always the hard workouts so subbing them for the Zrl season 1 and see how it pans out by the end
