Hi, I am having a persistent problem loading Trainerroad Log In to TrainerRoad from Firefox. When I try to it gets stuck with a link to the cdn showing in the bottom left hand corner. It can be stuck for over 20 seconds and not resolve. Oddly if I open a second tab to the same page it immediately opens and so the the stuck tab.
Update: It gets stuck on cdn-prod-www-01.trainerroad.com
Any idea what might be causing this. I don’t get teh same problem with chrome (and before anyone suggests it… I prefer Firefox).

This sounds like a browser specific issue.
You can try to Clear cookies and cached content — Go to Firefox menu → History → “Clear Recent History…” → select Everything → make sure “Cookies” and “Cache” (and optionally “Site Data / Temporary files”) are checked → Clear. Then reload the page. This often solves stubborn page‑load issues.
Thanks, but I tried that and even reset Firefox, but it made no difference.
Have you tried disabling any add ons that you may have? Some privacy, ad‑block, or security extensions can interfere with login flows.
You could also test another device to see if Firefox experiences the same behavior.
