Hi, just launched TR app on my Win11 laptop and i keep getting Server Unavailable or No Intetner Connection messages. In general internet works perfectly fine on same device.
Any issues on TR end???
Hey there, sorry for the inconvenience on this one. We are aware of some intermittent server issues causing these messages to appear for some athletes. Our engineers are working on a fix right now.
I assume going ahead with my training session now won‘t be impacted, or?
It should not impact your ability to train. Even in an unlikely worst-case scenario, if your connection was interrupted for some reason and prevented your completed workout from immediately uploading, the workout is saved on your device as a backup and will not be lost.

Yes, this is unfortunately affecting all our apps and isn’t unique to Windows.
Same issue here, same location. The Train Now function does currently not work as well. Is there any time indication when this issue might be resolved?
I don’t have an estimate of time, but we are working to resolve it as soon as we possibly can.
Just an additional symptom to support troubleshooting: For me on Windows and Android, this appears to block adaptations from processing. It seems to endlessly hang at “checking adaptations.”
