Hello team! So far I am loving trainer road, I feel like it’s still really accurate with ai ftp detection. After my last cycling event in October my current training plan will end and I am looking to transition to a more evenly spread run, bike, and workouts (gym session). I recently swapped to a coros pace 3 for running, and I would like to upload running workouts to the watch. Is this a possibility? I have a wahoo bike computer so that’s not a problem for my outdoor rides but the running seems like it’s going to be some work. Also does anyone have a TR plan they would recommend to go to that has a Run/Bike/Gym session plan that they can recommend? Thanks and keep up the good work!

+1 I use my Coros watch every day, and want my heart rate and other stats integrated with TrainerRoad!

+1 Request to pull in my runs and outdoor rides directly from Coros without going through Strava, given the upcoming Strava API changes, similar to how you can do this via Garmin.

Yeah considering the Strava news, if TR could get data direct from Coros I would consider getting a Dura head unit.

Please, please, please. I have coros watch and would get computer if integrated with TR. Main sport is running, incr cycling and will start training thru TR and would like if runs would sync and everything would be in one place from runs, outdoor rides, and indoor rides! PLEASEEEEE!

+1 Would love to cut out Strava as the middle man. I use my Coros watch for my mountain bike rides, and would love to switch to their new Dura head unit for workouts to keep everything in the same ecosystem (currently using a Wahoo head unit).

+1 for Coros TR integration. I love Coros for running and l wish TR would offer Duathlon training plans. What l am doing now is to schedule in my masters low volume TR cycling plan a Coros low volume running plan and it seems to work for me but it’d be great if everything synced together
