That looks great! If we use 193bpm as HRMax, then 90% is ~174bpm.
Eyeballing it, using >90%HRMax as VO2, it looks like you spent ~8min at VO2, maybe a bit more. But note that your first 2 intervals, 6minutes of work, are not contributing at all. Tim Cusick of TP says we can get 60-70% of total work assuming the power/intensity are correct (no link, i have this written in some notes). Could you have gone with the power 1% higher or 2% higher thus elevating your HR sooner, yet still allowing you to complete the workout? As you can see, it’s a balancing act with many variables as I mentioned before.
I assume from your description of “hard” and the HR plot relative to your max of 193, that you were breathing hard, suffering, with an RPE of at least 9. If so, you nailed it!
