This is kinda interesting - New AI v Old AI

Last year - 9 days after detection of that 293ftp

Now under the new model i had this last week 6 days before an FTP detection of 311. The day i did that workout i had hit every workout in the plan and had the 311 predicted ftp coming up in 6 days.

Based on all i have heard on the podcast, AI dont care about your ftp but this workout last week seems suspiciously identical to a workout from a year ago when i had an almost exact same ftp. I would expect this workout from last week to be a fair bit harder than the one of a year ago since i seemed to be well into my progression from a 291 to a 311 ftp. (Every single day between 291 and 311 my predicted ftp was 309-312). I rated it moderate as i thought it was a breeze, i was never panting at the end of any interval. I quit heart rate cuz battery died a while ago

edit -cadence is low because this is an old spin bike with my power pedals on it and the resistance knob thing is just hard to keep in a ‘sweet spot of 90rpm’ so it just gets lower, i loosen it and it abruptly loses tension and fucks up my spin so i tend to keep the lower cadence longer than i would like. dont recommend. Just adding for context so dont take the cadence stuff into account
