Hi
I noticed that my recent latest 2 strength workouts have not synced from Strava. They are uploaded as weight training sports. I use app Hevy which syncs to Strava. Trainer road is not pulling that workout. But it pulls workout if I start a manual functional strength session from Apple Watch, which syncs to Strava as weight training
Noticed the same thing just manual uploading to strava as weight training activity does not sync with the TR calendar and have to double it up on my tr activities. Also is anyone confused as i am as to how to count a set or rep on TR and what is a warmup and does that not count etc…
This is what the popup says
Working sets refer to the number of individual sets in each workout, not including warmup.
Sets should be challenging and taken to failure, or with only one or two reps left in reserve at each set.
Enter zero (0) if you felt like you didn't push against your limit of controlled movement.
Workouts with zero (0) sets will still impact adaptations.
Hey @95thPercentileBiker
I believe the issue here is that Hevy doesn’t sync over any data that is recorded. It simply generates a basic title and the duration for an activity, which then syncs over to Strava. TrainerRoad needs workout data to be able to transfer the activity.
That said, if you record your strength training activities with a device (such as an Apple/Garmin Watch) and sync them to Strava rather than directly from Hevy, the data and activities should sync over to TrainerRoad.
Additionally, you can also add these strength training activities manually to your Calendar.
