Strange feeling injury behind knee

I have a sharp pain behind my left knee that is only there when I point my toes up. Any ideas?

First off - I am trying to get an appointment with a sports doctor, but it may be a few weeks. I’m trying to figure out if this is something where I just need to stop training all together, or if massage and ice would be enough and I can keep training. TLDR • There was no injury moment that I know of. • It’s a sharp pain. • It hurts only in the moment I point my toes up. • It hurts the most at the very beginning of movement and then fades.
