Stem Sticker / Pacing Planning

My question is for Unbound 200 this year, but the info could be useful for any long road/gravel/etc race or ride.

I have the Stem Sticker IQ App for my Garmin, but have yet to find a good tutorial on how sketch out a plan. I am leaving Hydration Prompts to Garmin Smart Drink and Eating every 20 min, so it’s a matter of what time do I need to be at a particular point of the course to be "on target’ ?

For Unbound it seems that Cattle Pens, Oasis, Checkpoints, named hills, bridges RR crossings. are all good candidates for time to point and average speed targets.

Anyone have some pointers to share? At this point I don’t know what I don’t know, which is a lot.
