SSB 1&2 Results

Gained 4 Watts (300 to 304)
Was brand new to indoor / ErG mode / structured training so took most of SSB LV1 to adjust

Reckon if I repeated the whole lot at the new level I might see a tiny bit more - but 4watts is negligible and probably within the testing tolerance anyway …

Reckon the benefit I’ve seen is sustainability of my ‘on the road’ real world power within the range of my FTP - it’s definitely gone up a noticeable amount even if my overall wattage hasn’t
