As we probably know by now Sram filed a patent for wireless suspension lockout earlier this year.
Some initial pictures have surfaced of this new technology.

The system works based on a crank based sensor that detects if you’re pedaling or not. This can automatically adjust your suspension setting, or you can manually override these with the handlebar remote.
Looking foreward to the initial impressions when it releases, though I suspect it will be very expensive and a fair bit heavier than our regular cable actuated lockout.
