Should I expect to ever look forward to the "longer"/"difficult" rides in my weekly plan?

This is a perfect plan. I’ve seen huge gains since last October following LV. It has helped me be consistent super consistent through all of SSB and build for the first time while not missing key workouts. Do not discount the LV plans because it’s only 3 workouts a week. I have been riding 5 days a week M-F and adding in z2 on Tu and Th making sure to keep them pretty easy like Lazy Mountain or similar.
