This never happened before, just a coupple of days this is happening,

As you can see, porting of the left side is cut out.

Hey @Luca_Bussolati!

What browser are you using?

Have you tried making your window bigger?

Ciao Caro
I use Safari,
It is already at biggest possible and I have to say that the other pages, of the Trainer Road web page, are displayed correctly as usual.
It seems only that page is impacted

Thanks

It’s not the only page in the WebUI with issues currently: the workout analysis has a line break issue too. Wanted to report this earlier, but probably fits right in here as well

Happens at least on Android+Firefox in horizontal view and Safari on iPadOS in both views.

Thank you @Luca_Bussolati and @martenk

I’ll take this to the devs to take a look!

Hi Caro,

Any update on this topic?

I still see the strange view…

Thanks

Luca

Hey @Luca_Bussolati, sorry I have been away for the past few days, so just catching up

We were not able to reproduce this issue, so let’s try to check the display settings.

Safari zoom can shift fixed/“sticky” left rails and make them appear clipped.

  • Reset zoom: Cmd + 0 (Mac) or got to View >> Zoom Out>>Reset

  • Check Safari zoom menu: View >> Actual Size

  • If on iPad/iPhone @martenk: Settings >>Safari >>Page Zoom (set to 100%), and also check Display & Brightness scaling.

As far as Android+Firefox goes, we can try:

  • Tap the shield icon in the address bar

  • Turn Enhanced Tracking Protection OFF for this site

  • Reload the page

If that doesn’t work, then we can check the system-wide font scaling + Firefox zoom:

  1. Firefox menu >>Settings >>Accessibility
    • Text scaling = 100%

    • Automatic font sizing = OFF (temporarily)

  2. Android system:
    • Settings >> Display>>Font size = Default

    • Settings >>Display >>Display size = Default

At least for me, neither of those options provided any meaningful change.

I tried the proposed settings for Firefox and checked all settings on Android to be defaults. I even gave a completely stock Chrome a try - same spacing/line break issue.

Same on the iPad. As it’s rather new, all settings were pretty much default anyway, so the outcome didn’t change. As it’s a current iPad Air with stock Safari+AdBlock Origin extension, I wouldn’t see what could be the issue on this side. Disabling the extension also did nothing.

What did “fix” the layout temporarily was to change the language setting of TR to English.

As the english “AVG” on the left side of the data table of the graph is significantly shorter than the German “Durchschnitt”, the first column doesn’t occupy as much space and the overlap doesn’t happen.

To me at least this issue looks like a CSS issue in the WebUI if anything. Some words are too long to properly fit the assigned spacing of the table and weird things happen because of it.

Ciao Caro,

Also myself I have tryed but the setting are already good,( IPad)

Please note also that all other pages are correctly displayed so I am not sure it is a problem of settings, due the fact it would impact them all.

Thanks

Dear Caro,

I have tryed different settings ( 85%, 100% and 115% ) and the result is not very good. Despite the other pages get refit in correct way, the page Training Plans seems not working properly.

Attached the screen shots

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback, guys! I will bring this to the devs.

I’m reporting the same issue… it happens on iPad Pro M4 in Safari.

Ciao Caro,

I imagine that the new update has taken out of focus this topic,

Thanks for the efforts and update, which is great, but I have checked and I have seem still the same issue, thanks for any update about this.

Ciao,

Luca
