Hello all, from searching through the forum there are several of you that ride the MP1 Saris platform. I am looking to get one myself, but I saw on Amazon some concerning comments about poor support and long wait-times for replacement parts.
Could folks here weigh in on their experience?
I have one. It can make some noises, likely to be expected. It’s a pretty simple contraption, so I don’t know how much support is required if you have some basic handyperson skills. Replacing the rubber roller wheels is about as much as I would expect you’d need to replace over the usable lifetime of the product.
Overall, I like it a lot. The thing is huge, but I really enjoy the ‘give’ to it. Can’t speak to current parts availability.
