S-Works power meter left crank won't calibrate

Hey people,

Has anyone had the old left side power meter crank fail to calibrate on the sworks dual sided cranks?

i have tried every trick i can think of anyone else got issues? right side will calibrate left side reading super high 1200- off scale?

is there any firmware updates for these?

FYI. Anyone with the S-Works power meter cranks can update firmware using the 4iiii app on your phone.

This didn’t help my problem, Specialized is sending a new left crank arm hopefully have it today.
