Hi - New TrainerRoad user here.
I’m currently using the platform to monitor my progress whilst I complete a 12 week program (imported into TrainerRoad) Once complete I am planning on either using “Train Now”: or Building a low volume plan,
I love the progression levels and Stress Graph, however, when I’m not Cycling I’m usually running and or swimming. I noticed these workouts are not imported into TrainerRoad and wonder how these additional workouts affect the prescribed plans and Progression Levels?
Example - I usually run Zone 2 to and from the Swimming Pool , should this running activity contribute to Endurance PL? or is Cycling Fitness completely different.
If I’m running and Swimming in-between prescribed cycling days should the intensity be adjusted to compensate?
