Yes, @ingluis29 is right. We recommend using the cadence that you prefer most of the time. We typically recommend somewhere between 85-95 RPM, but some fall slightly outside of that range.

Some of our workouts will include optional cadence drills, and they are described in the instructional text during the workout.

We haven’t finished translating workout instructions into all languages yet, and if you can’t read them during your workout, don’t worry about it – just ride those workouts at your preferred cadence. :+1:
