Salve. Sono un nuovo utente di TR. Nella descrizione degli allenamenti proposti non è sempre chiaro a quante rpm farli o se si devono variare nel corso dell’allenamento stesso. Inoltre, in molti allenamenti c’è scritto che ci sono “Istruzioni”, ma non riesco a capire dive trovarle. Mi date una mano a comprendere? Grazie.
Some TR workouts include cadence recommendations in the workout description, but cadence could be self-selected. It’s beneficial to be able to produce power over a range of cadences. Workout instructions, if available, are shown as text during the workout execution.
Yes, @ingluis29 is right. We recommend using the cadence that you prefer most of the time. We typically recommend somewhere between 85-95 RPM, but some fall slightly outside of that range.
Some of our workouts will include optional cadence drills, and they are described in the instructional text during the workout.
We haven’t finished translating workout instructions into all languages yet, and if you can’t read them during your workout, don’t worry about it – just ride those workouts at your preferred cadence. ![]()
