Do you mean during the workouts? If so yes, depending on the workout they will have specific drills, sometimes cadence, pedal stroke, standing/climbing and aero drills.
There will be some text on screen telling you what to do at specific times during the intervals and it generally corresponds to slight changes during the interval itself so its pretty easy to follow along.
In addition to the specific workouts with standing drills (there’s not a lot of those, Carson is a good example), many find it useful/needed to stand once in a while to rest - this won’t be indicated in the workout instructions, and you’ll get to know if you want to do this only during recovery intervals or elsewhere as well.
