What happened to Keegan? Looks like a scene from a zombie movie. ![]()
Washed out front tire on wet bridge and face planted. Photo of his crash happening is on Strava (mostly blocked by other rider, but can clearly see front losing traction).
He had a broken hand too.
Yes! Great jersey for hot days or indoors.
I got married this year as well!
That can’t be a coincidence, it’s the jersey
…
Oh and congrats! ![]()
That last photo belongs framed and on the wall! Props to the photog!
I thought you were wearing a suit coat at first…like you’re just crushing this gravel on the way to the office! ![]()

This is one of the most inspiring threads IMO. I dont have to read much just come in and watch people like me CRUSHING it! Thank y’all.
Love that race. Sad I missed it this year and apparently forever. That looks like a huge hydration pack, what do you have in there?
I know it’s YUGE. It’s Ospreys larger womens model with too many pockets (had to borrow my wife’s). I was overdressed and had to stuff a LS jersey and a vest in there pretty early on. Then I drank too much of the 2.5L of water and had to pee twice.
First year XCM racing

Super bummed the OZ50 is dead.
I have made a long post about my ride up the Monster that is Mauna Loa, with loads of pictures:
https://www.trainerroad.com/forum/t/where-did-you-ride-outside-today-2021/49822/1407?u=aeroiseverything
So not gonna tell everything again.
I think the best picture of the entire ride though has to be this one, as it shows the sheer magnitude of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea.
These two mountains happen to be the largest two mountains on our planet in several ways (especially height from the foot, which is deep underneath the sea).

Epic! For once using the word for its true meaning. ![]()
Here’s me off the back at a recent circuit race out near Tucson, AZ. The race didn’t go well but my wife got good pics!
Nice! What Trek is that? How do you like it? What handlebars are you running? I’ve been looking for some with a similar shape. Thanks!
