yes ride out and back to formentor light house great ride but always busy to first view point with cars,and coaches and last 500m is like a carpark.
altea this year, first time so looking forward to warm sun and new roads, probably back to mallorca in october if we are all not dead from Corona virus.

Here’s me descending the Coll dels Reis in Mallorca down to Sa Calobra. Managed to sneak my trip to Mallorca in before the Spanish authorities implemented a travel ban! Highly recommend early March for a training camp there (I used Stuart Hall, who were excellent). So little traffic compared to later in the season.

It’s weird, something happened in the past couple of weeks where some extra fat on my legs just evaporated, even though I actually gained a kg back from where I was hovering. Maybe it was the race tapering or something.
It looks like I’ve grown an “Igor” or something is living in my quad.

First real XC ride on the mountain bike this weekend and a nice reminder that skills need to be worked on or lost. My son and I just rode a few laps, stopped and discussed lines and jumps and generally took it easy.
I went back to the track tonight for a solid threshold session but I wouldn’t have been as quick had I not of had a practice session in the books.

The thing about that win is that you can extrapolate and assume you would have won every race this year had they not have been cancelled. Nice season!
