I have made a long post about my ride up the Monster that is Mauna Loa, with loads of pictures:

So not gonna tell everything again.
I think the best picture of the entire ride though has to be this one, as it shows the sheer magnitude of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea.
These two mountains happen to be the largest two mountains on our planet in several ways (especially height from the foot, which is deep underneath the sea).
