It wont flag. An extreme example I think is looking back after my 2019 op a 121 TSS (IF 0.59) ride after along period off the bike was enough to trigger a series of red days.
But later in the season when thing had built up consistently (circa 500 TSS weeks) that sort of ride resulted in a mostly green (white) calendar.
