I do this too. I tend to go hard on Tuesday and Saturday, with the rest being mostly Z2. If I’m reducing volume for some reason (travel, busy life, upcoming holiday), I’ll throw in a SS/TE workout since I have less time available. It’s worked well. I’m in my mid 50s.

Yeah, 52 here and also doing Tues/Sat as intensity days, with Monday off and a recovery ride on Friday, which seems to work better than totally off.

It was originally just Thu/Fri, but I updated it to include today and it’s still showing green. That said, if you mark a day or several days as Sick and decide to keep working through it, they should maybe consider a “Make Better Decisions” flag.
