After the update my tablet goes blank after 2 mins as if it didn’t see Trainerroad is on and training in progress. There’s no problem in Bluetooth connection though.
First of all make sure that you’re using the latest version of the app (go to the App Store and see if there’s an update available).
Second, you need to say what device and OS version you’re on.
Third, if it happens again take a screenshot and post it here
I believe the same thing happened to me as well, though I only had 10 minutes remaining of a 90 minute workout. The TrainerRoad app just closed on its own, leaving my tablet homescreen mirrored to the paincave TV. This is the 1st time I’ve experienced such. I jumped off the trainer, reopened TR and had to wait for the app to load. Luckily the data was saved, but there was no option to jump back into the workout where it had left off.
Samsung Tab S10+ 5G (SM-X828U)
OneUI 8.0
Android 16 (BP2A.250605.031.A3.X828USQU4CYI5)
There was nothing to screenshot, except a home screen after the TR app self closed. Might be a log file buried deep within.
That’s a different thing. You are talking about a good old app crash. That’s most often seen when the tablet runs out of memory, but can happen for a multitude of other reasons. Your best bet is to close any other apps running and maybe also close the TR app fully after completing a workout.
