My outdoor ride yesterday was not planned, but turned into some loose VO2max intervals. Since it was not a planned workout, laps were not created in the FIT file. I like the workout analysis on Strava, but it needs the laps in the files, which defaulted to 5 mile laps in this case. After creating the intervals on TrainerRoad’s web interface, I was able to download the new FIT file with the laps correctly parsed in a way that could be understood by other platforms. Cool!!
