Thank you for replying. During the pod cast they refer to posting links on the blog for exercises that Jonathan did to help his knee pain. I do not see the links for the exercises on the blog or in the forum thread you sent.

These will be going up tomorrow on the forum post for that episode. Sorry for the delay!

@Robplunkettdc Unfortunately Jonathan had a sick kid today so he wasn’t able to get into the office and post the stretches/exercises on the Forum!

I have two young ladies in my house so I completely understand. Thanks for the update and have a great weakend.
