Surprised I was unable to find answer in forums, so starting a new topic. My main race series at end of June has been postponed (maybe cancelled). B races and rides leading up to it are also not happening. I’ve been following plan pretty closely but mixing other things in. What is a recommended approach. Goal to increase FTP and Sprint, but no specific dates yet! Cancel plan and start a new one with a guessed date?
Yup, you got it. Base, build repeat if you don’t end up with an event to specialize in. Or follow thru with specialty anyway if it’s exciting for you. Probably not worth focusing on sprint since you can bring that up quickly when needed. I’d strength train instead.
