Plan builder not working?

Anyone else having problems? I decided to start my “season” a month early as I got pool access (multi sport). I went in and changed the date, nothing else and my workouts got messed up. My plan started putting brick workouts on Monday as a stand alone run, rather than after my long ride Sunday. I went in and swapped the Monday/Sunday runs, that didnt’ fix it. Unfortunately, the brick run is not labeled as such in plan builder (please fix this!!!). This makes it very difficult to lay out our weekly schedule in plan builder.

Next, I went in to delete my entire plan and rebuild it. Easy fix. Wrong. Now, not matter what volume I select PB is giving me 4 workouts for each sport per week. I want LV, 3 workouts per sport per week. I closed my browser and went back in only to get the same results. I can’t create a plan now.

Next, I went to live chat only to find that live chat is not working? Come on guys, you have raised the price on us over the last several years making the product “better”. Now I can’t get support until I schedule a call, nothing available for 2 days. This is not helpful.

Between all of the above, and the “new” calendar still not showing the correct run TSS or time for your multisport athletes I’m seriously about to switch products, which I really don’t want to do. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019. You guys got me across the finish line at Leadville.

I really hope all these bugs get worked out. The old product had it’s problems, but at least it worked consistently…

Update, looks like it’s stuck on mid volume. For whatever reason I can’t get it to switch to LV. SInce I can’t get anyone from customer service I’m hoping one of you fellow users may have a solution.

@ZackeryWeimer yes, hopefully we’re working this out. It’s quite cumbersome to get the days moved around with the way PB is set up. It shows 4 workouts per week, per sport, with no indication what workout is what (i.e. is the run a brick run,etc.). Since I’m mid volume I only have 3 workouts per sport per week, so I can’t tell what to move. By trial and error I’ve got my plan sorted out, but then a few months in it’s messed up. Hoping to get this sorted out. Thanks.
