Outside workout associated with incorrect workout

I recently had adaptive training change my VO2 workout from Fishers to Kaiser -1. Unfortunately I forgot to sync this change to my wahoo and ended up actually doing Fishers outside. When I got back the name of the workout saved as “cycling” instead of the workout name as it usually does and TrainerRoad is giving me credit for Kaiser -1 even though I didn’t do it. I can’t seem to find a way to change the associated workout. Any thoughts on how to get this workout associated with Fishers instead of Kaiser -1?

Hey @stickmandj

The system did the right thing to automatically associate the ride file to the scheduled workout for the day. However, the issue here is that the ride file belongs to the workout scheduled before the adaptations kicked in.

No worries! This is an easy fix.

  1. Go ahead and right-click on the workout and dissociate the ride.
  2. Manually add the correct workout you performed to your Calendar (Fishers).
  3. Associate Fishers with your ride file.
  4. Delete Kaiser -1.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the reply but I can’t find an option to disassociate the workout.

I had re-named the workout (in case it’s confusing) to match the ride done.

I have figured out a solution. By adding Fishers back to the calendar it allowed me to associate the workout to it and it adjusted my levels accordingly.

Hey @stickmandj, perfect! That works too!

This is what the right-click function looks like:

Are you on an iPad? Can you try right-clicking on a different workout to see if you experience this same issue? If so, I’ll have to report it to the bugs team.

I am on an iPad. I tried right-clicking on a few other outside workouts and they all appear fine with the disassociate option. Seems like this is a one off.
