I was trying to figure out why a nice easy long ride with brewery stops was 200 TSS… (no power, just HRM) , most of the time spinning at ~60-65% of max bike HR. So I selected and zoomed into one of the longer sections of riding. Then selected the ‘zoom in’ to get finer detail of HR fluctuations and spikes. When I do that on chrome - the HR red line goes away only leaving the elevation profile?!
Also you are not able to hide/show the data graph lines of speed, HR or elevation from the zoomed view either. If I add/show the speed blue line and then I zoom in, I can see the speed blue line. HR data will never show in the zoom version.
Thanks - yes I have that set properly, it isn’t my maximum HR (running 194) I have it set to 186 which is a few beats over the highest I have seen in a Crit (taste of copper/blood in mouth), zwift racing, or Intervals. (it was a long ride with long breaks (30-50min)… kind of wonder if i cut the ride into three rides, if the total TSS would be the same, is it giving TSS bonus due to total duration at zone1 bpm?)
Most concerned with the glitch in the website as it is a feature I use somewhat frequently (see effect of a hill, sprint, avg during a stretch of a path or pulling a group, etc). From what I can see it only happens with outdoor rides. Outdoor runs it works fine, so do indoor rides.
For some reason Strength and Yoga don’t allow selecting a section of the activity or zooming… another one of those WHY make it different/limited?!?
EDIT: Another feature that would be great, is when you select a portion of the ride… show the TSS for that section! would be great to see or compare how a hot start to event played into the total TSS or something like that.
