Opinion: Help me choose new bike

I need help choosing new bike. Options:
Cube Agree C:62 Pro 2025 | Blackline - Wheelbase
Boardman SLR 9.6 Carbon Uletgra Di2 Road Bike 2025 - XS, S, M, L, XL Frames | Halfords UK Cube Attain C:62 SLT 2025 | Carbon - Wheelbase

For background, I live in South Cumbria so rolling hills (usually 2-10 minutes in length), and flat with the Lake District and “proper” hills close by. I usually ride for 1-3 hours outside and am signed up for the Tour O the Borders in September (120km, 1100m ascent).

Out of the 3 I would choose the Agree. The attain has a very tall stack, and the Boardman has hookless wheels.
Could you mention your general fitness stand and average speeds on those rides? What is important for you in a bike?
