On the heart rate interval of Z2 training

I’ve watched a lot of articles and videos on cycling training and learned that prolonged z2 training builds strong aerobic capacity if you have a lot of time, and recently I’ve been riding outdoors at low intensity, usually for 4-5 hours, and have also noticed a much lower static heart rate.
If I use zwift or trainerroad training zone 2 indoors, I wonder if it is the heart rate zone 2 defined by polar (60-70% of maximum heart rate) or similar to zone 2 defined on intervals.icu, which considers 60-70% to be the recovery zone and 70%-80% to be the aerobic workout heart rate zone, showing green
