Oatmeal at night - my experience so far

Also good in porridge soaked overnight ready for breakfast. I have this every morning:

Porridge oats
Kefir
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
Linseed
Teaspoon of cocoa powder
Blueberries
One beaten egg
One tablespoon of Udo’s ultimate blend oil

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge to soak overnight. No need to heat up, just eat as is. Delicious.
