Sorry if this has been asked and answered. New to the TR and did my first 1hr sweet spot ride. Didn’t sync to Zwift for the ride, so no ability to see speed / distance. When my work out uploaded to Strava, it uploaded a very low 11km and speed. I don’t see an obvious way to show my screen shot.
Do you have virtual speed and distance turned on in your Strava sync settings? If not it could be based on your trainer flywheel revolutions which in turn depends on what gear you are in.
I have device speed on because I use wahoos virtual speed estimation instead rather than TrainerRoads but it does the same thing….
