Anyone have a go to (updated) TRX routine that compliments TR? I do low volume… mostly marathon MTB, Fondo and Climbing.

They’re online on demand class subscription is also nice and has tons of classes to follow along with . I’m still grandfathered in to the $50/yr but it looks like they’ve bumped it to $80/yr now
