I can’t wait to see if there’s an option to trade PL points for higher a higher FTP. “Okay, put me down as 1.0 on everything. What’s my FTP then?”

Everyone is losing 5 watts now with their FTP for being impatient.

Just enabled it and Im down loading the latest version of TR to my PC. I haven’t actually got a ramp test scheduled until a week on Monday but I might see if I can schedule one tonight or tomorrow to trigger it

Edit: Whilst I was typing I see @hubcyclist has already done that and it works :+1:

Welp, let the critiquing begin .

I was expecting a steady or maybe slightly lower FTP, and it gave me a 2.5% bump up. So of course I approve of the new system!

Oh, but now my next workouts will be harder?!?

First impressions, this seems spot on… I tested 3 weeks ago, was pretty dang sure I under tested because I was coming off the 'vid and went all out in the alp stage of the TdZ 2 days prior (95% of FTP for 63 minutes). This now also matches intervals.icu which has had some recent very hard efforts to go off:
