Sharing a new tool (unfortunately only in French for now apparently) : cyclograde.fr
Based on the GPX or TCX of a previous ride, it calculates a speed profile (estimation of the speed you ride on a climb at 4%, 5%, …), then you can apply it to a ride you will do and estimate the time it will take. Then you can plot the profile of the ride with the estimated times.
Nice (Free) tool and works well. (Example with Etape du Tour 2026)

To give a few more details on the site:
It fully covers France to automatically find places and road passes
Outside of France, you can still use it but there won´t be any intermediate places computed. However you can edit the profile and add your own locations at any point you want
The generated profile, with estimated time at each location, is meant to be taken with you during your ride - there are several printing options, including sticker format
It also features a growing directory of gran fondos offering ready-to-use routes with all aid stations already included. I will add more gran fondos regularly.
This is a fully free and user-respecting tool (no cards needed, no ads, no ad tracking), so it costs nothing to try
