Lowering my total volume and focusing on really putting full efforts into my hard days is (so far) paying big dividends. Also sticking to TR and not trying to self coach, and hop around between TR, Join, and Zwift, has helped big time as well. Considering my full time job and 3 young kids (10mo twin boys and a 4yo boy), this is huge… 300 is just around the corner!
