Can you change the activity type after it getting posted to TR? Example…I recorded an activity last night as “strength” (by accident). I changed it to workout in Strava but its still showing as “Strength” in TR, rather than “Other”. Will that effect the way TR takes it into consideration?

Enjoying this release! I’m still noticing that swim workouts are showing up on the web version, but not mobile. Would be nice to get this fixed.

RunTSS doesn’t mean much, if you have to use something hrTSS but certainly neither are equivalent to TSS. Better to use some other metric entirely.

I believe manual activities aren’t considered for red light/green light. The activities would need to upload from a device.

We will update the sport type in TR if you change the type in Strava for most sport types. There are some exceptions where we won’t get notified of a sport type change due to how they are classified in Strava. Going from “Strength” to “Workout” is one of those. Like @dougall30 mentioned, manually added Strava activities aren’t imported into TR. They’ll need to be recorded with a device so we can import the file and create the activity in TR. For any that you need to manually add, click into a day on the TR calendar and select the respective sport type to …
