I usually don’t use this stuff, but tried some samples today and it makes sense to use them as my weekends look like they’ll be trying to pack in longer rides (4 to 5hours each hopefully).
Also I’m on a cal deficit so I do worry about messing up a workout day that’s quite tough because I messed feeling up. Usually I’m an eat naturally guy but there is a time and place.
Anyway, I like SIS GO electrolyte. Good price wise in the UK too. Anything else that has more vitamins and electrolytes in there like it. Doesn’t need to be max carb, just some carbs is fine and not silly expensive.
Not wanting to make my own at the moment thanks! Did all that before and it makes sense but want to try OTC stuff for now!
