Transferring Back to Running- anyone knows where the maintenance plans are these days?

i just managed to achieve my cycling goal of a ‘certain’ w/kg (all thanks to TR inside rides tho) … i say this not as showing off at all but more that I personally think its super achievable for anyone - and if you just do TR you def can hit this mark- i have no special genetics whatsoever …
i know i am going to loose watts … but i love running so very much and want to return to it but wanna keep what i can in terms of power.
Been doing double days (maybe a duathlon looms @chad - not sure if my power profile suits it though
