Just a correction here: muscle mass is what determines RMR/BMR, specifically. Daily caloric burn is absolutely correlated with your HR, though it’s correlated with elevations which are relative to your unique RHR.

Here’s what will be a more typical day for me , eating more than I would have usually, (hope it’s enough :worried:) some great advice here, I’ll be reviewing my plans as I go forward. Thanks to everyone.
