Let's see your paincave!

Curious about the flag. Normally framed means there is something special about it. Would love to know the story.

One option is to remove the table altogether. I run the TR app from my iPhone mounted on my bars. This leaves an unobstructed path for airflow from the front. I keep water in bottles on he bike, and food in my jersey pockets like I do for a normal ride. So no need for a table.

Is that a cat pathway I spot in the third photo? Genius!

This is mine, still need to decide what to hang on the wall! and have added a small tripod table for my mid ride essentials.

How about a Pain Kitchen?

There’s already pain there when I have to clean it

Here’s my pain cave. I use it to bike and wax skis in the winter. In the winter, it’s a nice 68 degrees, but in the summer, it’s a sweat fest down there.

Serious question.

Can you reach the fridge during a workout? If so, this is fuelling on a whole new level. :+1:

not really, but I could always move closer to the fridge - never thought about it…but I should

Don’t give @Nate_Pearson ideas. Can you imagine his carb consumption with a full fridge right next to his bike?

:joy:

I have a mini fridge next to my bike that is stocked with bottles of PH 1500, beta fuel, recovery, tart cherry, and kombucha!

My admin stocks it so all I have to do is reach for a bottle. I then have massive drawers of gels.

I should post that on IG.

Indeed, there is that high space above the bike wall and also used 8" PVC to install a port between that high space and out master bathroom. The cat can get from the gym to our bathroom and never have to be on the ground. He’s got a very high window in that bathroom as well. He loves it!!

Purely a sweat barrier. When I have that fan pointed towards the treadmill, that entire wall gets destroyed. If you look, I had to place a plastic sheet below the flag as well.

Gorgeous bike. What is it?

It’s a Trek Procaliber, 9.7 from 2020 IIRC.

Stick a shelf on the wall where the PowerPoint is, mount monitor, have your desk to the side, position the headwind to one sidebit for more airflow, and get a second fan on a remote switch. Push your bike/trainer forward closer to monitor. And to top it off, get yourself a mini fridge for bottles and gels. oh yeah, love that paintjob on your Trek!

Lot of cool studios in here, but that color pops!

Agreed. Hard to be a proper red metal flake paint. Trek nailed it for sure

Same here, mini bar fridge with a glass front, bottles and gels stocked up for workouts. You have to have this stuff planned ahead of time being a Dad of 2.

Yes, it’s the bike @mcneese.chad mentions. It has a few minor upgrades: AMR shielding, 34T chainring (both for the TR suggestion of using the 34T front ring, but also for outdoor rides. We don’t really have any hills in Denmark ;-). Phenom saddle, Ikon tires, internal rear brake hose (it ships with the cable running outside on the downtube - looks horrible!)
