So, my coworker is a pretty high end ultra runner, and a good mtb rider, and I’m the opposite.
We’re going to do the Leadville Silver Man next year, planning to pace each other in our weaker event.
What does the community say in regards to training, or anything of note, really?
Currently, I’m doing TR mid volume marathon mtb, coupled with low volume marathon Stryd, both on a smart trainer/treadmill, but with my long days outside on trails - long run followed by long ride, just like my race weekend will be.
The thing is, I can’t have two A races on the same weekend, of course.
Things seem to be going well, but I’m 10 months out…
