Late Night Calorie Cramming

Been working out at 9-10pm for a couple of years ago and I think I’m finally getting a handle on it. I usually eat a lot during the day, and aim to make that as high quality and based on whole foods as possible, because realistically my post-workout nutrition is usually something easier/more convenient.
I usually just grab a smoothie or greek yogurt with a banana directly after my workout, and i try to have some leftovers in the fridge that I can heat up later on- usually something with a fair bit of protein, as i’ve found my recovery the next day to be fairly dependent on that.
As long as I eat enough calories overall and get something relatively decent in immediately post-workout I don’t have too many problems.
