So i have knee issues from a bad fit, that is rectified now by a good fit but my problem is i cant shut it down until after the last weekend in April when one of my A races is. I know the best way and preferred way to clear any knee issues such as tendinitis and overuse injuries is to do that but what are some things you all have done to manage until you can shut it down? I am doing extra stretches(before,after,and before bedtime), extending warm-ups and cool-downs, ice, and massages as needed. Any other ideas???
