Try the Wahoo app controlling the trainer at various loads and see if it correlates to what TR is showing.
Try Alpe du Zwift and see how that feels - completing it in an hour is an indicator you’re pretty fit. If you can complete it well under an hour, there’s something wrong (or you’re an elite athlete).
Just to be clear, the app is saying “ride at 150W” but it feels like you’re only doing 100W?
