Keep TR on top / mute mac notifications

Hi!!! Is there a way to keep the TR on top. Several times in the middle of a WO a window decides to pop-up. Do you know how that can be disabled or how to prevent this. I hate when this happens specially in the middle of a hard interval.

I assume you’re talking about Mac notifications here since there aren’t TR notifications that I’m aware of. Have you tried turning off notifications?
