Yeah, it’s annoying that you can’t go back and look at the plans once you’ve picked one. I’m on LSRF and this is the description. I picked it because I just wanted something that would keep me active and give me daily goals while I have no specific event goals and a busy family and travel summer.
I can totally see where you would call it maintenance because it doesn’t really have any specific goal, but for me, it’s actually upped my CTL because it works with me to do longer rides and mixes things up, unlike TR, which seems to always want to give me 60-90 min workouts with too much intensity. That’s TOTALLY an individual thing though, so I understand YMMV significantly.
